New Year’s resolution is an age-old tradition for many, and this tradition can be much more effective when we understand the concept of alignment. In this session, we will navigate multiple layers of self to set an intention, as well as creating a practice they can commit to throughout the year to bring these ideas into reality.
Participants are invited to:
Explore the gap between their desire and the subconscious fear
Tap into the body’s ability to identify and reframe feelings and thoughts
Plan a personal practice for manifestation of their intention
Please have on hand: loose paper, color pencils, markers, etc, a candle, incense, plant/flower/soil, water for an elemental altar or anything else to add to your altar, sacred item to help you throughout the year.

Aki Quetzalyolotzin Jewel Moon Medicine Woman is attuned to various energetic healing frequencies including Usui Reiki, Earth Evolution Reiki, IET, and 13th Octave LaHoChi. She is also a master teacher of Usui Reiki, co-channeller of Earth Evolution Reiki symbols, and the founder of MINKA Brooklyn. What Is Sliding Scale?
We offer all of our community offerings and some private sessions by Sliding Scale. We believe everyone is entitled to heal their wounds so they can thrive; we also believe that the wellness and healing practitioners deserve to make a living wage. In order to make this possible, we ask you to pay as much as you can, so those who might not be able to pay as much can still receive their healing session - this is the idea behind 'paying it forward'. We are all in this together, and we choose to do our best to take care of one another.
