What is LOVE?

How do we love and be loved?  When modern love is often portrayed as something more transactional and fulfilling of emotional safety checklist, many are finding it hard to embody love in our lives.

In this special workshop, we are creating a container to discuss how the word ‘love’ has been diluted, misunderstood and even weaponized for the sake of comfort for some instead of deeper connections true love can offer.

This session will include:

  • Deeper inquiries on the word ‘love’ and its variations

  • Discussions and journaling to uncover your yearnings and hidden blocks to connect with love

  • Meditation and energetic activation

  • Collective oracle card reading for Feb

This is a MINKA x Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health Partnership Offering—Created to Bring Efforts of Equity, Diversity, and Decolonizing Work to All.
