Many traditions recognize spring—not January—as the true beginning of the year. In the natural world, this is when light returns, warmth increases, and life begins to rise again. It is a season of initiation, making it an ideal moment to begin a practice devoted to personal growth, clarity, and transformation.
You may choose to start the 104-day Quetzalcoatl Breathwork practice, on the Spring Equinox (March 20) or the Toltec New Year (March 12). This session creates a deliberate pause at the threshold—a moment to align body, breath, and intention before fully entering the cycle.
The Quetzalcoatl Teaching
Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent, represents the awakening of enlightened consciousness within the human being. Inside the body, this practice was compared to kundalini pratice by Sergio, as we work to clear out our energy centers from the root to the top, symbolizing the integration of earth and sky, body and awareness.
Toltec prophecy speaks of Quetzalcoatl’s return as a collective awakening cycle between 1991 and 2026. This practice offers a grounded, embodied way to participate in that transformation from within.
Through this work, practitioners engage in:
Intention setting aligned with the new cycle
Healing inherited and ancestral patterns
Repairing relationships within the living family system
Rebalancing relationship with Mother Earth
Reawakening inner gifts and latent capacities
Opening pathways toward aligned goals and service
The 104-Day Manifestation Breathwork Practice
Rooted in Toltec lineage tradition and taught by Sergio Magaña, this breathwork is a daily discipline practiced over 104 days. It is not manifestation through force or affirmation, but through clearing, refinement, and inner transformation. The work mirrors the natural processes of death and rebirth; it is based upon the practice of reciprocity, releasing what obstructs vitality so that aligned life can emerge.
Participants often describe profound shifts in perception, relationships, purpose, and material flow. The deeper transformation, however, is an increased sense of congruence:within oneself, one’s lineage, and the living world.
To honor the integrity of the lineage, this session will not be recorded. Please ensure your schedule allows for full presence.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
Thank you for being part of the MINKA community!
