QUALIFICATIONS

In order to qualify as a Member Practitioner, you must fill out the form below and complete a sample session with MINKA’s Heart-Centered Operations Team. Knowing how to hold space for people from all backgrounds, as well as proven competency in your modalities is required. Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule your online sample session.

Candid/personality photos, your self-healing story/why you do your work, and how you identify yourself for social media features

Signed Practitioner Agreements

Activation Fee: $150 (for BIPOC only - sliding scale $75-$150) via VENMO or PayPal.

Please note, once accepted as a Member Practitioner, you are required to contribute online offerings and/or use the MINKA space regularly for your benefits to remain active.
