I identify as a professional dancer and embodied therapist. I want to share what I know about physical bodies and the beauty, love, joy, trauma, history, lineage, and life within them. I want to support people as they connect to their wider selves and integrate their hidden pieces. I am committed to serving a diverse community including low-income peoples, artists, and those who struggle to find therapy that meets their needs.

I studied and gained my Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy certificate from Stillpoint CST. This curriculum is based on Franklyn Sills’ 30 years of experience developing and teaching BCST Foundation Trainings as founder of the Karuna Institute in England. If you are interested in BCST, please visit my website for more information.

My rigorous and physical life as a professional dancer brought me to BCST as a client. After two concussions, and lots of work with neurologists and physical therapists, BCST was the only healing modality that treated me holistically and supported my full recovery.

The insights I gained from these experiences have helped me develop acute and sensitive listening abilities, allowing me to be a present, grounded, and body-oriented practitioner.

Clients remain clothed and lie on a massage table while the practitioner gently holds, with verbal permission, different parts of the body. Unlike other forms of therapy, practitioners listen to what the body brings forth and supports healing from there. There is no intellectual diagnosis and treatment plan nor diving into a scary, traumatic memory. We let the client’s system guide the way to its own healing and health.

Clients should not be turned away for financial reasons, but should reach out to me directly or through MINKA for a conversation and options.
