Healing Five Core Soul Wounds
This workshop series consists of several research-based sessions covering five core soul wounds we all experience, and will discuss how to repair and recover from these wounds. The series will consist of five separate workshops taking place on 4th Mondays from 7pm, each lasting 60–90 minutes, introducing the concept of soul wounds, and discussing the research-based characteristics of the soul wound of focus for that session. Each workshop will discuss how the wound is formed, how we keep the wound alive, and how to heal.
April: Soul Repair Session: Healing Connection
This session will focus on the core soul wound of connection. How does the soul cope when it feels unwanted and unwelcome in the world? What happens when we feel disconnected from others and from ourselves? This class will end with a Reiki session to support repairing the wound.

May: Soul Repair Session: Healing Over-giving
This session will focus on the core soul wound of over-giving. What happens when the soul learns to prioritize the needs of others more than its own? This class will end with a reiki session to support healing the wound
June: Soul Repair Session: Healing Dominance
This session will focus on the core soul wound of dominance. What happens when the soul learns that power and winning are the only things that matter in life? What happens when we competitively fight to "win" our own desires at the expense of others around us? This class will end with a Reiki session to support healing the wound.
July: Soul Repair Session: Healing People-Pleasing
This session will focus on the core soul wound of autonomy and people-pleasing. What happens when a soul is deprived of choice and agency in life? What happens when the need to conform to authoritarian norms forces us to abandon our true selves? This class will end with a Reiki session to support healing the wound.
August: Soul Repair Session: Healing the False Split between Love and Sex
This session will focus on the core soul wound of love and sexuality being split apart in society. What happens when a soul is taught that its sexual energy is shameful, even evil? What happens when physical pleasure feels divorced from dignity and love? This class will end with a reiki session to support healing the wound.

Paying it Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
