Q1| Plant Medicine Lab | “The Fountain of Lucid Dreams”

Join us at the intersection of plant medicine, dream work, Yoga philosophy and manifestation. All materials provided. Before we partake, we’ll discuss dosages and the importance of building a relationship of reverence with plants such as the Blue Lotus Flower, Cannabis and Psilocybin Mushrooms. We’ll indulge in the eclectic sounds of DJ Conn Alana while we refine our Q2 goals/desires and explore verses from the Yoga Sutras that dissolve the ego and support the realization of our dreams. We’ll close our lab by drifting into exploration through Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and Sound Therapy to cultivate our dream altars, integrate our plant journey and connect with our ancestral and celestial guides. Please come prepared with a journal + writing utensil, snacks, cozy items such as pillows or blankets, and items for our community altar (to be returned). Shall we make our dreams a reality?

As a liberation-focused guide, Soleil speaks to the decolonization of God, the impact of mental health within Spirituality and the prioritization of practices that honor the Earth and her natural rhythms.

Soleil is a multidimensional creative, educator, yogini and Reiki Master Teacher. She attributes her ability to open, invite and hold sacred space for God, Spirit and community to her Yoruba Pentecostal roots. The church fueled a life long journey of sacred study, mystic arts, philanthropic endeavors and communion with the Divine.

Soleil has provided wellness care for organizations such as The Laundromat Project, Boston Medical Center, The Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Lime, Harvard Law, FRANC NYC, B Lab, Young Chicago Authors, Urban Asanas, Jewel the Gem Productions and more. Soleil is also part of MINKA’s Heart Centered Operations Team serving as Director of Programming & Creative Strategy.
