A grounding and orientation to our bodies in space together.
Brief check-in, during which all participants are asked to be present on screen for the creation of a sacred community container.
Simple somatic exercises that partcipants can use to track their experience after the session
EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping Sequence to address stagnant energy and increase vitality.
