In-Person Reiki & Sound Meditation

This bi-monthly group session at Grand Street Healing Project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is led by Boshko, who invites you to take place in this communion with yourself in a nurturing and safe environment.

Each session starts with:

• breathing and humming exercises

• body scan meditation that calms the nervous system and grounds the body

• sound healing with instruments & Boshko's voice

• Reiki energy channeling by facilitator to the group accompanied by music

Join us to bond with each other as we come together in deep relaxation to reconnect and recharge with the sound of our breath, voice and the nurturing power of Reiki.

Boshko Boskovic is a Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner trained and certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage, and in sound healing from the Sound Healing Center in Sausalito, California. He is the founder of Let’s Heal NYC, a private practice specializing in Reiki treatments. He holds wellness group sessions at various senior centers in New York City as well as the MINKA Brooklyn healing center. He has worked at institutions such as Weinberg Center for Balanced Living, Grand Street Healing Project, Jewish Community Center, Healthcare for the People, Brooklyn Hospital and Soho Works.

Paying It Forward
We provide most of our community offerings and private sessions by sliding scale. This is based on the idea of ‘paying it forward’ which enables more people to access healing and wellness. This works when people pay as much as they can for our offerings to help others who may be less fortunate be able to gain access, too. We believe everyone is entitled to heal and thrive, and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage. We are all in this together and choose to do our best to take care of one another.
