MINKA Constellations & Ifetayo Cultural Arts Academy team up to offer a monthly in-person Community Clinic to increase access to Acupuncture, Reiki and Nutritional Consultation.  Our community clinic model is rooted in the reality that we all need care, yet we don't all have the same access to that care.  Peoples of the African Diaspora and our siblings of the Global South often face discrimination, dismissal, systemic inequities and harm within healthcare spaces. Our collaboration aims to provide a Diaspora-centered space of care that considers the current experiences and complex histories of our kin while expanding the types of healing modalities we get to benefit from.

It is an absolute honor to have the opportunity to bring her grantmaking expertise and healing knowledge to the philanthropic and wellness space so that we may all practice collective care as a means of building our capacity to do healing and social justice work. Paying it Forward
We offer sliding scale pricing rooted in the spirit of paying it forward. Those who pay the full suggested price help open the door for others who need more support. We believe everyone deserves access to healing and wellness — regardless of their economic situation — and that practitioners deserve to earn a living wage, too. When we take care of each other, everyone thrives.

Thank you for being part of the MINKA community!
